This Privacy Policy explains how Weegix Technology Solutions LLC ("Weegix", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile applications and website (together, the "Services"). It applies to all apps published by Weegix Technology Solutions LLC on Google Play and the Apple App Store, including AI Mastery by Weegix, Eliana: Learn Tigrigna, FamSync, Lumi, SPROUT, SciForge, StatGuru, LeadForge, Mshindi, and future Weegix apps.

In short: we collect as little as possible. Many of our apps store your data only on your device. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising in our children's apps.

Information stored only on your device

Several of our apps (for example FamSync, StatGuru, SciForge, and LeadForge) save your progress, notes, and settings in local storage on your device. This information is not sent to our servers, and deleting the app removes it.

Information you provide

Some apps let you create an account (for example with an email address, or with Google or Apple sign-in) so your progress can sync across devices. In that case we store your account identifier, email address, display name if provided, and the app data you choose to save.

Information collected automatically

Some apps use Google Firebase services to keep the app working reliably. These may collect:

This information is used in aggregate to improve the apps and fix problems. It is not used to identify you personally.

Purchases

If an app offers in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made so we can unlock content, but we never receive your payment card details.

Permissions

Some features ask for device permissions, such as the camera, microphone, or photo library (for example, to scan a document or attach a photo). These are used only for the feature you choose and only when you grant permission. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.

Local data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account and its data from within any app that offers accounts (usually under Settings or Profile), or by emailing info@weegix.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the app name. We will complete deletion within 30 days.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and the security controls provided by Google Firebase. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
